Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you need to exchange an item, we gladly offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or 7 days from delivery (online orders).

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide the original invoice & items must:

  • Be returned within the 7-day window

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Not fall under our non-exchangeable items list (see below)

Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and store policy, we do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Bodysuits/body tops & leggings

  • Hijabs, jilbabs, shawls & caps

  • All essential items

  • All swimwear items

Customer Responsibility

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all postage costs related to exchanges. we will not be held responsible for any lost untracked items.

How to Request an Exchange (Online Orders)

  1. Email us at [unveiledelegance1@gmail.com] with:

    • Your order number

    • The item you wish to exchange

    • The reason for the exchange

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you:

    • Return instructions

    • Our return shipping address

  3. Mail your item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process and ship your exchange.

Return Policy

We take great care in packing and delivering your order with quality and accuracy. As part of our store policy, we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

🚫 No Refunds for the Following Reasons

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Unwanted items

  • Delayed deliveries (due to carrier issues)

  • Sale items or promotional items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received:

  • An item that is damaged or faulty

  • An item that is not what you ordered

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the fault or error

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
