- During peak periods, sales, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia
- We offer both standard and express shipping options.
- Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather or courier issues). While we are not liable for lost items after dispatch, we are committed to helping track and locate shipments.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available to select destinations.
- Orders to New Zealand typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
- Orders to the USA, UK, and Canada generally arrive within 10–20 business days.
- Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather and customs. We assist in tracking shipments but are not liable once dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
- We are not responsible for courier delays or external factors.
- Please ensure shipping addresses are correct at checkout.
- If your order is delayed or missing, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
- Returned parcels (due to incorrect address or failure to collect) can be resent after paying additional shipping fees.
- Refunds are not issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
